New EW60 Power Relay Supports Demand for Higher Switching Capability

TE Connectivity`s Bi-stable magnetic system enables automation and control

DARMSTADT, Germany - May 5, 2016 - TE Connectivity (TE), a world leader in connectivity and sensors, introduces a new addition to its innovative line of relays. The EW60 PCB relay is a power latching, bi-stable relay with up to 60 Amps switching capability.

This new relay is designed to support the demand for higher switching capability in the intelligent buildings industry. Because the EW60's bi-stable magnetic system ensures low self-heating, providing energy savings as well. The EW60 relay is suited for many applications including lighting controls, power distribution, bus actuators, and circuit protection. TE offers a broad range of relays and contactors. The TE relay product line includes products from AXICOM, KILOVAC, OEG, Potter and Brumfield, PRODUCTS UNLIMITED, and SCHRACK.
