2nd edition of Beyond Beauty ASEAN-Bangkok celebrates great success

Bangkok, Thailand, 5 October 2015 - Beyond Beauty ASEAN-Bangkok 2015 (BBAB), ASEAN's leading beauty trade, recently concluded its 2nd edition on a high note, reinforcing its status as the region's leading exhibition for the beauty industry.
308 (an increase of 30% from 2014) suppliers from all over the world, including Artistic, Authentic Thai Spa, , CSG International; JS Innotech, Kovic Kate, Lamy Cosmetics, Maystar, Studex, Timeless Truth, showcased the latest beauty and cosmetics innovations during the three-day event. This year's event occupied over 8,500 sqm of exhibition space.
Held in IMPACT Exhibition & Convention Center, Bangkok, Thailand, from 24 to 26 September 2015, BBAB registered over 10,418 trade professionals from across the region, which represented a 25% increase compared to 2014. This year, a large proportion of visitors were senior decisionmakers.
The Federation of Thai Industries, together with Informa Exhibitions and IMPACT Exhibition Management joined forces to present the second edition of Beyond Beauty ASEAN-Bangkok 2015 (BBAB) - a one-stop platform to introduce the beauty and cosmetics products and innovations to support the rising demands in the ASEAN region.
BBAB 2015 featured 11 national pavilions, including China, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Spain and Taiwan, as well as a series of international conferences and activities to provide the beauty industry a reliable platform, in which to share industry updates, trends and innovations and guiding the Thai beauty industry in managing healthy and sustainable growth.
Bangkok, Thailand, is a prime growing hub for Beauty, Spa and Well-being within Southeast Asia (ASEAN). The ASEAN region is one of the world's most dynamic, representing a population of over 600 million and a market size of over USD $14 billion.
Exhibitors at this year's event were pleased with their decision to participate, citing the show's audience, the focus on doing business, and its level of professionalism as key benefits. In addition, returning exhibitors found the show had grown in stature, not just in terms of increased attendance but also with the quality of the visitors and buyers.

BBAB's goal is to bridge the gap between suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors, as well as facilitate business and learning opportunities that ultimately inspire new product development. As part of its efforts to connect businesses, the organizers held the Hosted VIP Buyers Programme, where a carefully selected group of senior buyers from the region were matched to BBAB's exhibitors, in pre-arranged business meetings.

The 3 rd edition of BBAB will once again be held in Bangkok, Thailand, from 22-24 September 2016. "Together with our partners, The Federation of Thai Industries, and IMPACT Exhibition Management IMPACT, we look forward to welcome more than 400 participating companies, over 10,000 sqm of exhibiting space, in 2016.
