The valve block with integrated check valves from HAWE Hydraulik enables dynamic working and safe transportation of tree trunks.
HAWE Hydraulik SE, Munich, offers a particularly reliable zero-leakage hydraulic solution for skidder cranes that prevents the crane from sinking during longer transportation of tree trunks.
The solution provides for the block of proportional directional spool valves, which controls the crane, being supplemented with zero-leakage check valves. They are designed as seated valves and can be electronically opened and closed by the driver from the cab. They are opened during gripping and loading sequences and thereby facilitate dynamic movements and short loading cycles even when pulling loads. They are closed when the tree trunks are transported to the next forest road or log stack. This way they offer better protection against unwanted movements and prevent the lift or articulated arm from sinking and the telescope arm from extracting.
A wide selection of valve spools is available for the proportional directional spool valves to ensure fine and jerk-free acceleration and deceleration of the crane. The spool valve piston deployed is precisely attuned to the cylinder ratios and has an exactly defined fine-control zone. This makes working the skidder crane as easy and comfortable as possible for the driver. |
