CX-SL250 vertical dual surface grinding machine is suitable to grind small-size ferrite parts.
The machine has vertical arrangement of two wheel heads on top and bottom focusing on same center line. During grinding, workpieces go through the end surfaces of two wheels simultaneously through loading system. High manufacture efficiency is thus accomplished since two parallel surfaces are grinded together.
CX-SL250 has good rigidity, easy operation and high reliability. Grinding wheel rotates smoothly and final products have high quality. Diamond dress roll is used to waiver the adjustment of grinding wheel.
This vertical arrangement of wheelheads is good for not only easy loading of workpieces, but also helpful to avoid scratches on the surface of workpieces. A full automatic grinding system will be available if a shaking loading system is provided.
