CX-SL600 CNC vertical dual surface grinding machine is applied to grind hard magnetic ferrite parts.
1. CX-SL600R vertical dual surface grinding machine is good for medium to small size parts in large-scale manufacture.
The machine has vertical arrangement of two wheel heads on top and bottom focusing on same center line. During grinding, workpieces go through the end surfaces of two wheels simultaneously through loading system. High manufacture efficiency is thus accomplished since two parallel surfaces are grinded together.
2. This vertical arrangement of wheelheads is good for not only easy loading of workpieces, especially for parts with large diameter, high weight and limited thickness, but also helpful to avoid scratches on the surface of workpieces.
3. The machine has disc chuck for loading. This helps to separate each workpiece well and no friction on each other. Comparing to linear loading, disc chuck provide a method to process individual part in an individual manner to meet the special requests.
CX-SL600 has CNC system and German controllers to direct two stepper motors, which drive the axial movement of two grinding wheels.
