To match a more and more demanding market dealing with small volumes and just in time production, MAKOR has realized an innovative and technological advanced coating system.
ROBOSPRAY allows coating of panels and 3-dimensional furniture components through 1 or 2 anthropomorphic arms.
It guarantees the best coating quality even with high-gloss finishing and is very flexible for just in time production. ROBOSPRAY is suitable also to coat bent surfaces or various kind of thickness (such as drawers) thanks to its 3D laser reading device.
ROBOSPRAY is the perfect solution to apply glue on MDF or other material panels whenever there are zones, which are more and less absorbent, requiring higher and lower quantity of glue respectively.
Wide range of coating programs: from single piece to panels in series up to the oscillating mode for higher production volume.
