The High Speed Take-ups and Payoffs meet the demand for faster speed, wire and cable manufacturing and rewind applications. The heavy duty fixed pintle design allows processing speeds up to 5,580 FPM (1,700 MPM) on up to 2,000 lbs (900 kg) reels. With push-button controls, reel lift table (option) and reel roll thru capability; you''ll have fast and efficient reel processing. Payoffs available as powered with on-board dancer/accumulators or with tension brake. Units with lift tables can handle multiple size reels. Other available options include Automatic Load and Unload, Touchscreen Traverses, and Reel Safety Guards. A system can be built for your exact requirements.
