NTN bearings units combine a double-sealed ball bearing with various types of bearing housing. These are optimal units which are self-aligning at the spherical fitting surface of the bearing and housing. In particular, set screw type bearing units use NTN''s unique set screw with a ball, and this is extremely effective for stopping loosening of the set screw, even when there is a vibrating or impact load.
