Dubois Equipment Company, Inc. Company  |  Products  |  News  |  Contact Us Vacuum Coater The Vacuum Coater is a high-speed coating system intended for coating long linear parts such as mouldings. Parts are conveyed through an application chamber where they are immersed in coating. As the parts exit, the vacuum strips the coating off to the desired mil thickness. The Application Chamber is the only section of the vacuum coater mounted directly in the finishing line. Several type heads are available for coating all sides, three sides or edges only. The Separator Chamber is connected to the Application Chamber by a hose and can be located several feet from the conveyance line, allowing full access around the components. This section removes the coating from the air during operation and returns it to the integrated reservoir. The Vacuum Producer section consists of multiple pumps to develop the required high vacuum capacity. The Fluid Delivery System is a fluid pump and filtration system used to deliver coating from the reservoir to the application chamber. Dubois vacuum coating systems are used in many industries at speeds from 100 to 500 feet per minute and applying waterbased and UV Curable finishes.
