During Chinaplas exhibition taking place next week in Guangzhou, Chinese machinery manufacturer Sonner will launch its new micro-feeder equipment. This machine results from a continuous R&D policy from the company to accompany technological developments and to meet their clients' specific needs.
In order to suit customers' needs, Sonner has designed and manufactured a new micro-feeder, the GBL-11, especially to process small amounts of material, with the same precise accuracy. This is particularly suited for laboratory machines, test processes, and handling few ingredients.
This machine is the latest and smallest model of the Sonner SS/ST series, loss-in-weight screw feeders used to process granule, powder and flake material in compounding, plastics goods and chemical fiber manufacturing. Because of its particularly small size (42 x 27 x 54 cm), the whole structure and mechanism was to be overhauled, especially the material transmission process. Such an improvement will be further adjusted and implemented in the other devices of the SS/ST series.
"Research and development is part of Sonner's DNA" says CEO and Engineer Peng Pai. "Since the creation of the company, eleven years ago, we have continuously worked on developing and improving our technologies, always dedicated to fulfill our customers' particular demands."
Indeed, besides producing regular machines according to international standards, Sonner is able to design and develop tailor-made solutions and equipments for its clients' specific installations and production processes. The Micro-feeder was actually developed for a long term customer of Sonner's, for its laboratory processing. |
