New PRIAMUS connection technology - consistent, easy and safe!

Cable connectors have always been the weak point in the design of in-mold sensors. Some of the reasons are because 2-pin connectors are difficult to plug-in and because some of the cable concepts used in the market simply do not provide proper shielding.
PRIAMUS has developed a completely new connection concept for cavity pressure and cavity temperature sensors. This unique connecting scheme includes individual sensor cables which insert easily and "fool-proof" into robust multi-channel connecting boxes. The multi-channel connecting boxes mount directly on the mold or without the bottom of the housing in a milled slot to save space. Cable management is greatly simplified, as only one cable is required for an eight (8) channel connection to the PRIAMUS BlueLine amplifiers. This solution provides significant improvement in signal quality and consistency over other methods available in the market, such as the "single-wire" concept.
For a high number of channels several connecting boxes can be mounted besides each other. Cavity pressure sensors with or without sensitivity detection can be used. |
