Since 1993, The Show Place Arena and Prince George's Equestrian Center have enriched the cultural life and local economy of Southern Maryland. An adaptable entertainment and sports facility, the Arena has been the venue for college basketball tournaments, consumer shows, nationally-acclaimed equestrian events and the Prince George's County Fair. Additionally, several counties host their high school graduations here, marking that important milestone for area youth and their families.
